Advertising Data Use
How Growth Bizon LLC uses data in advertising, both for our own marketing and for the campaigns we run for clients, and how you can opt out.

1. Scope
This page explains how we use personal information in digital advertising. It adds detail to our Privacy Policy and applies to growthbizon.com, our ads, our lead forms and the advertising campaigns we manage for clients. If this page and the Privacy Policy ever differ on an advertising topic, this page controls.
2. Advertising platforms we use
To promote Growth Bizon and to run campaigns for clients, we may use advertising platforms such as: • Google (Google Ads, YouTube and Google Analytics) • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) • LinkedIn • TikTok Each platform processes data under its own privacy policy. We only use the measurement and targeting features those platforms offer under their advertising terms.
3. Data used for our own advertising
When we advertise Growth Bizon, we may use: • Website measurement: pages visited and actions taken on growthbizon.com, collected with analytics tags, to understand which campaigns bring visitors and inquiries. • Lead form data: if you submit a lead form inside an ad (for example a Meta or Google lead form), we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone and company, and use them to reply to you. • Customer lists: only if you checked the optional advertising box on our contact form, we may upload your email address or phone number to an ad platform to show you relevant ads, measure results or exclude you from ads you no longer need. If you did not check that box, your information is never uploaded. Platforms receive these values hashed (encrypted one way), match them to their own users and then discard the unmatched data. Today growthbizon.com uses Google Analytics only, and only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Ad storage and ad personalization are switched off in it, and we do not run remarketing tags. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your permission first.
4. What we never do
• We never share your personal information with advertising platforms unless you have opted in. • We do not sell your personal information for money. • Mobile numbers and SMS opt in information are never used to build advertising audiences and are never shared with ad platforms or other third parties for their marketing. • We do not use sensitive information, such as health, financial account or precise location data, to target ads. • We do not knowingly target ads to, or collect data from, children under 13.
5. Campaigns we run for clients
When a client hires us to run advertising, we work as their service provider. We set up campaigns, audiences, tags and lead forms in the client's own ad accounts and use their data only to deliver the work they asked for. • The client owns its customer data and is responsible for having the notices and consents needed to use it in advertising. • We do not combine one client's data with another client's data, and we do not use client data for Growth Bizon's own marketing. • Leads captured in a client's campaign are delivered to that client. If you have questions about how a specific business uses your data, contact that business directly; we will help them answer you.
6. Your choices and how to opt out
You can limit how your data is used for advertising at any time: • Cookie choices: analytics cookies are off until you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. • Withdraw your advertising consent: email info@growthbizon.com and we will remove you from any customer list within 15 days. • Global Privacy Control: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends it, growthbizon.com turns analytics storage off for your visit and treats the signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing. • Do Not Sell or Share: residents of California and other states with privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and Nebraska) can ask us not to sell or share their personal information for cross context behavioral advertising, or to remove them from customer lists we upload. Email info@growthbizon.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. • Platform settings: you can control the ads you see in Google My Ad Center (adssettings.google.com), Meta Ad Preferences, and through the industry opt out pages at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. • Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. We respond to verified requests within 45 days, as state laws require. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
7. Retention
We keep lead and contact information for as long as we have a business relationship or a pending conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. Customer lists uploaded to ad platforms are refreshed or removed when they are no longer needed for the campaign.
